Map Books or Atlas Binders, Specialty Record Binders

We offer a line of sectional post binders with covers made with high-density polystyrene in a material we call "indestructo."

These binders designed to be used in a working environment.

The covers are heavy duty, rigid, and easy to clean.
We can provide a sectional post binder that will fit any sheet.

The "Indestructo" cover material is available in six colors; red, green, blue, black, brown, and "safety" yellow.   The books' covers can be imprinted in gold or black.   Binders can be made with covers of genuine leather or imitation leather, canvas with leather corners or corduroy with leather corners.

Quantity discounts are available. You can mix colors and imprints on binders of the same size and still qualify for the quantity discount. Pricing is based on sheet size and quantity of binders. Please call or email for quotations: (805) 642-1009

Atlas covers can be made to accommodate any size map.

The maps or other documents are held in place on two or more nickel-plated posts. The top cover can be removed easily and sheets can be removed or changed as needed.  They require a minimum of one-inch margin on the binding side. Holes on the atlas sheets must line up with the post location. IMPORTANT: when possible call us before you punch any holes in your sheets. When we have to match our post location to a non-standard hole location, the unit cost for each binder will be higher. If your maps or documents are already punched, please mail us a sample sheet to obtain correct dimensions.

Water Agencies
Many water and wastewater agencies have been looking for a way to provide hardcopy map books in the service vehicles that will not fall apart and that will allow for the easy updating of individual map/atlas pages.

Cemeteries
Cemeteries have a need for replacement binders for their older and current interment records and often can't find a source for post binders to fit their specific size document.
